The product is divided up into a few components and I’m going to cover each of them in detail.

This software is the core of his entire product, and in my opinion this is what makes his product completely unique from all of the hundreds of other fitness programs out there.

How It Works:
This software is completely focused on the nutritional aspect of muscle building.

We all know that diet plays a huge role in the amount of muscle you’re going to build, and this software will ensure that you’re going to be eating the right fuel for your body to supercharge your muscle building efforts.

When you first fire the program up its going to ask you some questions to get a profile of your body type.

After that it is going to create a custom meal plan, JUST FOR YOU, based on the inputs you entered into it.

Trust me when I tell you that, this is extremely powerful.

When are eating a diet that is custom tailor made exactly for your body type it is all but impossible for your muscle mass not to increase by leaps and bounds.

I found this guide to be a great addition to the product.

This is basically the README file for your software and gives you a quick and dirty overview of the whole system.

One of the key features of any muscle building program is the workout component. Kyle’s program comes with several great workout logs that make it easy to stay on your routine and bulk pretty quickly.

If you have any of these questions concerning the workout component of the Somanabolic program:

But to be fair, this isn’t a perfect product. There are some things which I think we need to talk about before you purchase the product, so let’s discuss…

The Con’s Of The Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer Program:
Most people who review products like this are only concerned about you buying the product and not really telling you the bad things about it.

Well, nothing in life is 100% perfect and this product is no different.

Here is the main drawback I found in this program:

  • Optimized For The US Only: The software is configured to show everything in terms of the US market, pounds, inches, etc. If you’re in any nation that uses the metric system then you’re going to need some type of calculator available to help translate the readouts into understandable numbers for you.


Final Ruling

At the end of the day, I found this to be an incredible  program for people looking to pack on muscle really fast. I feel his price is fair for the amount of value you will get out of the package.


You’re going to need to take the time out to use his software to get the most from the program.

You’re also going to need to take consist actions to see results from the program.

You can’t just sit and do nothing and expect that you’ll build muscle just by having his software stored on your hard drive.


I’d give this program a solid 9 out 10 stars.
